The Pure Property Investment model is simple, efficient and convenient.

Once you have registered, you will be contacted via email or telephone (depending on your preference) by a member of the Pure Property Investment team. We will confirm your requirements and begin an investment property search on your behalf.

Step 2:

We will contact you with a list of opportunities which most closely match the requirements you specified.

Step 3:

If something interests you, tell us and we will pre-qualify the property for you. Our pre-qualifying process includes:

• Research on the property and property location to ensure that it is marketable to potential tenants and or for re-sale
• Research on the property to inform you of what works/improvements are likely requirements to meet your objectives of letting or re-sale
• Forecast potential rental yields and profit growth potential

Step 4:

If you are happy with our choice of property or properties and would like to progress to make an offer of purchase, we will send you a copy of the Pure Property Investment contract with Term & Conditions.
